At our last live Meeting Keith Mullin gave a talk and presentation on his fish breeding setup (Calico Veiltails and Ranchu) with plenty of photographic imagery depicting his progress with the varieties over the last 5 years of selective breeding to successfully improve the strains.
As part of the presentation Keith showed part of the his Instagram account which he uses as a diary to record of his fish keeping since building his fish house 5 years ago, breeding, shows growing on etc. which he has found quite useful compared to photos and videos on a computer.
Keith’ awards earned at the various society and National shows over the last few years are testament to his skills as a breeder. Our thanks to Keith for all his preparation before the meeting and his excellent, informative and clear presentation on the day.
